This online resident portal streamlines resident processes to ensure a smooth experience for you, from start to finish.

Benefits include:

- Seamlessly paying your rent online with flexible options of linking the bank of your choice for a no-fee payment and/or one-time credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). Note fees apply: 2.25% for credit card payment. Minto Apartments does not gain this fee.

- Effortlessly submit maintenance requests to ensure it's submitted to the correct point of contact, the first time
