What You Need to Apply

We want to make the rental process as easy as possible, and it’s now available to complete online. In order to do so, we require some specific information. If you're ready to start the application process for your new home, please have the following information ready:

Completed Leasing Application

Our Leasing consultant will be able to send you a unique link to complete your application through RENTCafé, an online leasing platform. Please be prepared to provide a valid email address and the suite you’re interested in applying for.  

Proof of Income

To verify your income, please be prepared to upload one of the following to RENTCafé:

  • Your most recent pay stub
  • A letter of job offer on company letterhead
  • Or another source of income that may apply to you

Landlord Reference

The name and telephone number of your current landlord will be required on the online application, so we may call for a reference.

Identification

We will be conducting a credit check on your behalf and will require one piece of ID with your name and current address. Please be prepared to upload one to RENTCafé.

Last Month's Rent

We accept online payments for your First Month’s Rent, by way of your bank account or credit card. Alternatively, you may provide certified funds upon completion of the online application. Please note we will not be able to complete the application without the deposit. 

Rent Payment Options

There are two (2) ways you can pay your rent through RENTCafé:

  • Connecting your bank account to the app (no fee)
  • One-time credit card payment (1.75% fee)
